…short for Adirondack Wagon, but also similar to Jackwagon, meaning dingbat, doofus, or goofball. Me!

Six people I need to thank, first. Shawn, the original owner from Warsaw, Missouri. The man has the patience of a saint.

Sherry Watts Padrigo from A2Z transport, for moving the truck from Missouri to Plattsburgh NY.

Next would be the father and son team, Stan Sr and Stan Jr, from Loya's Welding in Keeseville NY. These guys could weld the arms on a snowman. (Industry term for ‘these guys are good welders’).

Finally, another father and son team, Robbie and Kris Clark from Clark and Son Auto, across the street from Loya's. Among the highest rated automotive repair companies in the North Country.

Because both businesses have agreed to work on the truck a little bit at a time, between jobs, I get the best of both of them, without the pressure for them to rush. I'm in good hands, as they all help me realize my dream.

Here's a screenshot of the original Facebook marketplace ad. As you can see, it was a very good deal.

As you can hear, it runs very smooth. Diesel engines are like that, if they run to 100,000 miles, they'll run to a million. Here's hoping!

Some specs:

3.9 liter inline 4 cylinder

Turbo

Intercooler

Diesel

Starting up.

Revving the engine.

Power door locks and windows!

Leaving Missouri for upstate NY!

(The squeeking is the trailer, not the truck!)
